I bought this computer last June and couple months ago problem started.
Problem 1 : System suddenly stop and non of the keyboard or mouse work.
Problem 2 : At time of booting, it freeze and need to hard restart by pushing power botton
Problem 3 : More than half of the time computer doesn't connect through wireless and device manager shows there is no wireless adaptor
[personal information removed] and product number is J5R51AV
To fix the problem, I tried to upgrade window 7 to 10 which was not helpful.
Also tried format to the manufacture setting which was not helpful and interestingly it still have window 10 instead of 7.
Any advice will be really appreciate.

You have a 1yr warranty which will soon expire. This sounds like a hardware problem that I would have addressed asap. Fill out the form here to start a support ticket:
