Hi!

I tried to reinstall the drivers for wireless, but it seems that the device manager recognizes that the notebook has bluetooth (Ralink_RT3290), however, it does not function. Can you please help?

See if this W8.1 Ralink bluetooth driver works for you...

 

This package contains the driver installation package for the Mediatek (Ralink) Bluetooth in the supported notebook models running a supported operating system.
