HP Laptop LBMP833S
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My laptop Internet was working just fine then I unplugged my computer and took it to a friends house.   I couldn't locate any networks at her house.  So I brought   my computer back home and now I can't even connect at home anymore.  No networks show available and when I run the diagnostic it says I need to plug an Ethernet cable and the Realtek RTL8188EE 802.11 wifi adapter is experiencing driver or hardware problems.

I would try uninstalling it. In Device Manager right click the wireless adapter and Uninstall. Restart the machine and Windows will refresh the driver.
