Is there a way to boost upload speeds?  I know my internet is horrible, but I really need to make my upload rate faster.

Hi,

 

Many internet service providers (ISP's) keep upload speeds very slow to reduce file sharing activities. You have to talk with your ISP, nothing we can do to help you. Please run a speed test to see what is the speed normally you can get.
