I want to shift to Linux but WiFi is not working due to Realtek Driver Issues. I have tried all stable Ubuntu release from 12.04 to 16.04 but still no solution.

Sorry, but this is just a community self-help forum staffed by volunteers helping folks with MS Windows-related problems.
HP only warranties their PCs for use with the original OS that comes preinstalled on the PCs. When you replace that or add a different OS, you then assume full responsibility for maintaining that PC.
For support with Linux issues, your best approach is to post in the support forum of the Linx distro you are going to use.
Good Luck
I am a volunteer and I do not work for, nor represent, HP

I can't speak for the Pavillion laptops, but on my HP Stream 11 laptop, the wifi hardware has two ports, and only one is connected to the single antenna in this laptop. After Linux starts up,the Realtek driver connects to the port without an antenna, thus a very low signal and I can't connect to anything. If that is your case, search for "lwfinger"; his updated Realtek drivers allow you select the port to connect to. This fixed my wifi issue. I am running the latest version of Linux Mint off of a USB drive on my laptop.
