What wireless network adapter driver do I need to install to improve my Wifi strength? Thanks

This would be the latest W8.1 driver for that model wlan card...Hopefully that will take care of the problem.

The package contains Broadcom Wireless LAN driver for supported notebook models running a supported operating system. Broadcom Wireless LAN driver is required to enable integrated Broadcom Wireless LAN adapter.

Hi:

 

What model wlan card does your notebook have?

 

If you don't know, go to the device manager, click to expand the Network Adapters device category, and there you will find the name and model number of the wireless network adapter.

I think it's Broadcom 802.11n and the version is 6.30.223.102

Yes, it should.

 

There is no requirement to uninstall the old driver first.
