I believe my Intel Centrino N-2230 wireless adapter is Toast! What is the best card to replace it with? I'm looking at an Intel 6250 or N-6200 2x2, or a 6235.

PROBLEM SOLVED!
So I received my 'new' wireless adapter on Sunday; installed same - same problem!#$@*&^%$. So I called HP and after agreeing to pay a fee to have them look at the unit, I asked them what are they going to do, and he asked me what I have tried; told him and he said that I have a software problem! WALLA!! So he recommended that I 1) remove the 'new' adapter and replace the 'old' and 2) restore my laptop (after backing up off course) to the factory defaults. Did that! Guess what? the wifi works. So it was something in the March win 10 automatic downloads that "TURNED OFF" my wifi while I was running win 10, cause I used it for the entire month of February (out of the country) and one day in March (back in the US) and it worked perfectly. So MS, what did you do? cause I really like win 10. Thanks to all in the Forum for the help. Btw, HP has agreed to return my money - how nice!
regards
