15-be004tu - 802
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

Dear Exective,

I recently bouth 'hp 15-be004tu' with Dos as preinstalled software and now I have installed Windows 8.1 (32 bit). I have managed to instally all the drivers except for the wireless adaptor. As per the specification on your website it has '802.11 b/g/n and bluetooth 4.0 combo adaptor' but the manufacturer is not provide.

Earlier I installed 'RTL8732be wireless adaptor' and it shows as WiFi_2 on my network but has very week connection. It only supports wireless network when the router in approximity of around 4 meters. So, I belive that is not the correct diriver since I installed it manually from deviice manager.

Kindly check the correct diriver for my model and provide me appropriate link and guidance to install the driver.

thank you!!

Hi, I removed the network drivers and reinstalled the package (specified below) but still the Wifi driver is not updated automatically. The hardware is still not taking the driver.

Is there any way we can manually install the dirivers?

Are both the network and blue tooth drivers required to installed to work the Wifi for this adaptor?

Is there any hardware problem, how should I know?

Please suggest.

thanks,

Good news for everyone who has baught "hp 15-be004tu notebook" and have problem with installing the wireless and blueth drivers for windows 8.1. I downloded the drivers for windows-7 since windows 8.1 provided on the hp side did not work.

Below are the links to the wireless and bluetooth drivers you need for that model wlan card...
