when i connect my laptop with my mobile it didnt find mobile device  

always searching  bt not finding  plz help

Hi:

 

It works just fine for me, so the problem must be on your end.

 

I will give you a slightly older driver (because there aren't any newer ones), and if it still doesn't download, try getting it from another network or PC.

 

This package contains the driver installation package for the Realtek Bluetooth in the supported notebook models running a supported operating system.

Hi:

 

The parts list for your notebook indicates that it comes with a Realtek RTL8723BE 802.11b/g/n 1x1 Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0 combination WLAN adapter, and the product specs page indicates it came with FreeDOS.

 

Did you install the latest W10 bluetooth driver for the Realtek wlan card?

 

This package contains the driver installation package for the Realtek Bluetooth in the supported notebook models running a supported operating system.
