My printer is HP ENVY 5660. It works fine with windows laptop. I bought a new chromebook 14 and tried to print with this printer and message says the printer is offline. How can this problem be fixed?

@srirengan Welcome to HP Forums.
I understand that your printer is offline on the Chromebook 14. Let us remove the printer from Chromebook and reinstall the same to get it up in running. Please follow the instructions mentioned below to install the printer for Chromebook.
Step 1: Install HP Print for Chrome
To print from a Chrome browser, install HP Print for Chrome from the Chrome Web Store. Make sure you have the Chrome Internet browser installed your computer.
Open the Chrome Internet browser
, then sign-in to your Google account.
Go to Chrome Web Store .
In the search field, type HP Print for Chrome, then select Apps.

Step 2: Print with HP Print for Chrome
Print documents, images, web pages, and emails from a computer using the HP Print for Chrome app to an HP printer connected to the same local network.
Open the Chrome Internet browser
, then sign-in to your Google account.
Open the document, image, email, or webpage you want to print.
Click the Chrome menu icon
, then select Print from the drop-down menu.
The Print window opens.
Next to Destination, click the Change button, then select your printer from the Local Destinations list.
The selected printer becomes the default printer in the Chrome Internet browser.
Change print settings if necessary, then click Print.
Let me know how it goes 🙂
Cheers
