Hello,

 

My wi-fi connection slows down when the charger is not plugged in. Please fix the wireless lan drivers. Until then I appreciate all sorts of advice to solve this problem.

I understood that you are noticing a reduction in wireless speed on the  ENVY x360 - 15-w100nt notebook when running off battery power.

 

You may want to check and make adjustments to the power options on the system as it is likely attempting to conserve battery power by reducing wireless performance.

 

If you are still having issues, you may want to follow the steps in this document to troubleshoot the wireless network and internet settings.

At least tell me whether am I right about the case being related to drivers, if not, please present me some other solutions to this problem.

 

I am seriously frustrated with internet going slow when my laptop is not plugged in.
