Hi:

What model wifi adapter does your notebook have?

Wi-Fi Broadcom 4313GN 802.11b/g/n 1x1

Try the W8.1 wifi and bluetooth drivers for that model wlan card...

This package contains the Broadcom Wireless LAN Drivers that are required to enable the integrated Broadcom Wireless LAN Adapter in supported notebooks that are running a supported operating system.

This package contains the Broadcom Bluetooth driver for supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system. Broadcom Bluetooth Driver is required to enable Broadcom Bluetooth devices.

Did the notebook originally come with W7?

If you see no bluetooth radio at all, you will have to reinstall W7, use the connection manager software to turn on the bluetooth, then uninstall the connection manager software, restart the PC and ensure the BT is on.

Then you can install W8.1 again and the bluetooth should be present.  You will still need the above bluetooth driver though.

Did you also install the wireless button driver?  If not, you need to.

This package provides the driver for the HP Wireless Button on supported models running a supported operating system. HP Wireless Button allows the physical (hardware) wireless radio button on the system to enable and disable the wireless connection on the system.

the installation of these drivers did not help

Sorry those drivers didn't work.

Other than installing a supported operating system (W7/W8), I don't have any other suggestions for you to try.
