Hi,

I won't be able to see the image you've uploaded until it's been approved by a moderator, but if manually installing the driver still fails, try the following.

Download and reinstall the Chipset driver on the link below.

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp54501-55000/sp54755.exe

When this installation has completed, restart the notebook.

When windows has reloaded, try downloading and installing this alternative Realtek Card Reader driver on the following link.

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp54501-55000/sp54763.exe

Best regards,

DP-K

Hello,

I have very similar problems after resetting the computer in windows 10.

I installed the proximity utility but I can not open the program, windows keeps blocking it (''an administrator has blocked you from running this app' etc). I tried turning off fire wall, smart screen and running windows 7 compatibility mode). The lights of the sensor funtion now, but it seems to react differently then before.

Another issue is that the backlit of the keyboard does not work for the middel 2 rows...

Furthermore I also have one unknown device, the Hardware ids are:

ACPI\VEN_HPQ&DEV_0004
ACPI\HPQ0004
*HPQ0004

Take you very much in advance,

Gijs
