Hi, Elisa:

If that is the device, then I don't know why the drivers aren't installng.

Sorry,

I am having same problem with PCI Simple Communications Controller.  Device Manager says no drivers are loaded.

I installed Windows 7 Enterprise on an HP ELiteBook 2560p.

The hardware IDs are:

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1C3A&SUBSYS_162B103C&REV_04

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1C3A&SUBSYS_162B103C

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1C3A&CC_078000

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1C3A&CC_0780

Where do I find the drivers?

Thanks!

Hi, Ohcan42:

First install the chipset driver and reboot if you have not done so already.

Then install the IMEI driver which is for the hardware ID you posted.

Hi, Ivan:

You need the HECI driver under the Chipset listing for the operating system you are using.
