Notebook Specs:
Pavillion DV6-2005TX
Intel Core i7 Q720
Windows 7 32 Bit Home Premium
My Problem:
When going to Device Manager I notice a problem with my 'Intel(R) Turbo Boost Technology Driver'
The device status reads: 'This device cannot start. (Code 10)'
I have updated the driver and I have the latest driver installed however i still get the same status.
What can I do?
Thanks in advance

Can you check, in reliability monitor as to after install what application or driver did the 'Intel(R) Turbo Boost Technology Driver' have his issue...As the way I see, it we would have to do system restore, if the driver reinstall is not resolving this issue.
To get to Reliability Monitor...
Open Action Center by clicking the Start button
, clicking Control Panel, and then, under System and Security, clicking Review your computer's status.Click Maintenance. Then, under Check for solutions to problem reports, clickView reliability history.

So Similarly if you post screenshot of reliability monitor, it will help....

If you really feel like digging into the problem, enable Data collection for Reliability Monitor

Even deeper, install this

it collects even more data you can analyze using the Application Compatibility Manager linked to earlier.

@ sgastl - This is Turbo Boost Driver installing incorrect. The driver installation should have failed with Error 'This Computer does not meet the minimum requirement for installing this software'...
The TurboBoost Driver is required for Intel i5 and i7 Series Processors with Integrated Graphics on them...This Driver helps in 'TurboBoost' Graphic Processing Unit (GPU) Frequancy....Intel's Core i7-720QM, i7-740QM,i7-820QM and i7-840QM Processors, do not have Integrated Graphics on them...So this driver is not required... And The Processor TurboBoost feature works with Yellow Bang in device manager. Check below screenshot....So you can safely ignore the Yellow Bang for above stated processors.

Some have reported you do not need this driver and it can be uninstalled in device manager, turbo boost is reported to work without it. YMMV.

Thank you very much Cyclops and Mumbodog for your help. So it seems that I do not need this driver so I will proceed to delete it.
