HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-in-One Printer

I am having my 5 months old barely used printer HP Officejet Pro 9015 e all in one replaced because it printing problem, its jamming and there is a noise when printing. Accordingly, before the replacement unit is delivered to me, I need to pay  a$1.0 by credit card. Is there another way to pay it beside using a credit card?  The replacement unit as I was informed will be a refurbished one not a new one. Thanks a lot

I doubt fees can be paid with other than a Credit card --

That said, perhaps a Debit Card would work.

Most business transactions, particularly those online, will not take a check nor can they accept cash.

The people to talk to are not "here" -- The HP Community are not HP Support and we don't speak for HP.

What?

Use the Contact information you've been using with HP Support to ask about the fee.

OR

If it's all coming down to the wire and you don't have a credit card to use, perhaps a friend or family member will help.

I'll bump a request for review -- IF there is an eventual response, look for a message here before the agent uses other means to contact you.

Hi @louprinterissue,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to assist you.

I see that there is an issue with the printer that needs to be replaced and the $1 is for collateral purpose only to make sure you HP will receive the printer back once the replacement has been delivered.

However, for more options on getting the replacement printer using the card, please get in touch with the HP phone support team to assist you further.

The support on the HP community is currently available within certain constraints. We are striving to enhance our assistance and broaden its scope. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

I've sent you a private message with the instructions. Take care and have a great day ahead!
