Welcome to HP Community

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

Please uninstall the printer driver from root level and download the full feature software

1.) In Windows, search for and open Programs and features
2.) Select your HP Printer
3.) Select Uninstall
4.) In Windows, search for and open Devices and printers
5.) In the Devices and Printers windows look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose ‘Delete’ or ‘Remove Device’
6.) Open up the run command with the “Windows key + R” key combo.
7.) Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between “printui.exe” and “/s”)
8.) Click on the “Drivers” tab
9.) Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom
10.) Select Ok
11.) Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows
12.) Close Devices and Printers
13.) Restart the computer and download the full feature software Link: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/COL32431/bi-80329-12/hp_LJP1100_P1560_P1600_Full_Solution-... and follow the onscreen instructions

Hi KrazyToad!

Unfortunately, the HP LaserJet Pro P1100, P1560, P1600 Series Full Feature Software and Driver solution doesn't run on a Windows 10 ARM64 machine, so I'm not sure if it includes any Windows 10 ARM64 drivers anyway.

I'll be just fine with the Windows 10 ARM64 drivers for HP LaserJet P1102w printer only but I can't find them anywhere. Are there any Windows 10 ARM64 drivers for other HP LaserJet WIFI printers (as substitutes maybe)?

Best regards,

Michal

I suggest you contact HP Support and the Support Engineers should be able to remote into your computer and sort out this driver issue

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences.
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.

Thank you

Hi KrazyToad,

I wouldn't have problems with sorting out this drivers issue myself, if I could only find those drivers in the first place. So the question would be – where are those Microsoft Windows 10 ARM64 drivers for the HP LaserJet P1102w printer (if there are any)? They aren't in the HP LaserJet Pro P1100, P1560, P1600 Series Full Feature Software and Driver solution, which doesn't run on a Windows 10 ARM64 machine anyway.

Best regards,

Michal
