HP LaserJet M209dwe Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My computer (old) HP does not have Wifi.  I have purchased the wrong printer M209DWE which can only be installed with Wifi but does have an ethernet port.   Wondering if a cheap dongle could fix this.   Otherwise clueless what to do.

 Ideas please?

@DaverCan,

Welcome to our HP User Forum!

Are you sure you don't mean Bluetooth?  -I'm asking because I assume you have access to the internet, unless your internet connection is literally plugged in your computer, then your question makes sense.

Anyway, you can insert a USB-based Wi-Fi dongle to fix your problem.

You can go from very inexpensive (about $10), such as this example: Amazon.com: TP-Link USB WiFi Adapter for PC(TL-WN725N), N150 Wireless Network Adapter for Desktop - ..., to a much better quality Wi-Fi dongle (about $20), such as this one: Amazon.com: Wireless USB WiFi Adapter for PC: 1300Mbps WiFi USB, 802.11AC WiFi Adapter for Desktop P....

Both dongles are essentially plug-and-play.

Hope this was helpful.

Kind Regards,
