- My laptop screen gave up so i found an old acer to get through the next few weeks, it only has windows 7 not sure which 32 or 64, the printer i had working fine with the one that broke is a hp deskjet 3000, problem is the acer can’t find it, tried using your print and scan doctor but after downloading twice then deleting, then downloaded to a clean computer, restart.. clicked the icon on desktop it flashed up very quickly then I can’t see the program running but it is in the background.. any ideas?
