I have 2 printers on my HP Smart app but one has been returned. How do I delete it from my HP Smart app?

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

I understand that you want to delete a printer from the HP Smart app, I am glad to assist you.

  • Open HP Smart and then click the Printer icon in the left bar.
  • You have to click on "Recent" first then Click on select a Different Printer,
  • Click the Remove link on the right
  • Press the X mark of the unwanted printer tile to remove it and click on done.

I opened my HP Smart. There is no Printer icon in any left bar. There is no left bar. I did manage to open something that shows both printers but there is no way to delete the one that I do not have any more. This is totally ridiculous and completely unhelpful. I have mostly had extremely disappointing results from HP and this printer. I am assuming I will never get help in deleting this printer from  my HP Smart app.
