Product: HP LaserJet Pro M1217nfw Multifunction Printer

Printer was fine until I tried to connect to a new Windows 10 laptop.  Now it is stuck in an Initializing loop, first green light, then green and yellow, wireless blue light flashes for a second, then it re-initializes. I tried unplugging everything and restarting, no help.

It's like the printer firmware is corrupted by the driver install.
