Product: Office Jet 100 Mobile Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

While installed via Bluetooth or USB I keep having issues getting past system requirements.  A notification pops up and says Computer does not have necessary USB software support. Installing software on Lenovo Thinkpad Ultrabook. Model T460s. Thanks for any help in advance.

Hi,

If you may use the original CD, be sure to download and run the installation from the latest software first:

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/COL36711/bi-90383-4/OJ100ML411_Full_14_en.exe

 

Next follow these steps to install te software:
Click the Start button and type %temp% into the search bar, then open the shown Temp folder.

Open the latest HP installation folder which begins with 7z (e.g. 7zs1234)
Open the Setup folder.
Locate the usbready.exe file and rename it into usbready.old.exe
Browse back to the main extraction folder (the folders who starts with 7z) and launch the Setup.exe file.

Now follow the installation and check for any difference.
