Good evening,
I have been using this printer for years with HP Solution Centre on Windows 7.
I am using a new computer, Windows 10 and the printer only prints and does not scan. HP Print and Doctor is telling me I to install the full software solution package for scanning but it takes me to an invalid link. There is no official driver available for download. It is really frustrating.
Attached photo of message on Windows 10 saying driver is unavailable. I have tried HP Smart, it does not detect the printer. I can only print but not scan.
