Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

HP8710. New certified HP cartridges installed. The printer recognizes the black cartridge but not the 3 colour cartridges. The diagnostic tool shows all HP cartridges are installed. The control panel still shows: Install cartridges + Use the cartridges that came with the printer. Any help to get the printer to recognize the 3 colour cartridges would be appreciated. I did clean the contacts of the printer and the cartridges with distilled water.  I disconnected the power cord, waited a couple of minutes then plugged it back in.
