Product: HP DeskJet 2710 All-in-One Printer

Hello,

I've recently changed the Admin password through the web interface for my deskjet 2710, and since then, the newly registered password won't work, and neither does the old one.

I've performed every reset I could, but nothing gets rid of the admin password.
Can you help me on the matter?

Unfortunately, you will have to contact an HP agent to get this fixed.
