The default password is printed on a label on the inside of the front door. Should be on the right. If that does not work there is a slight chance you have a unit that needs to be reset to factory to clear the corrupted default password. You reset from the control panel. https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/ish_7578376-7578425-16
