I’ve had my new printer for use with working from home. My employers use the latest version of Microsoft. They will not allow personal email accounts to be used so I’ve set up the printer using my iPhone 12 and my personal email address. The set up was easy and all went well until I came to print. Nothing happened.  I set the printer with work as my default printer.  I left it for a day and went back to it today. The WiFi signal now does not show as solid blue and still will not print. 
can anyone help please?

To which device is your Printer connected to?

 

Let's reset the Printer's network settings: Press the Wireless button ( ) and the Cancel button ( ) from the printer control panel at the same time, and then hold them for three seconds.

 

Once done try connecting the Printer to the Wi-Fi.
