New MFP M283fdw is Ready status in HP Smart, but kept showing driver unavailable

I just purchased a brand new MFP M283fdw laserjet printer. Installed HP Smart on laptop, able to find the printer and add it, in HP Smart it shows status as Ready, but not able to print. When click on print, it said driver is unavailable, and not able to install it via HP Smart. In my computer Printers & Scanners manu, I am able to manually add this printer, but still showing Driver is unavailable. tried to download the driver, but no luck to install it. Kindly advise.

Here's what you need to do:

1. Uninstall HP printer software, and then remove the printer from your Devices list. 
2. Restart the PC
3. Close all programs
4. download only this complete package: HP Universal Scan - Full Feature Software and Driver 
5. Close all programs
6. Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo > in folder Downloads double-click on the EXE
7. The installation was completed successfully, now you must ...
8. Restart the System again
9. Now the installation is complete.

Document error messages accurately, even better is to take a screenshot of it and upload here.

Dear support team, I followed exactly, but now it still displays "Driver is unavailable" under this HP printer after I added it. Same issue, and not able to print at all with this error message.
