I moved my printer to another PC, as I got a new one for my main PC. But I cannot seem to be able to connect it. The driver is missing. I updated Windows printers list and now have million of options including Photosmart 7200 series, 7400 & 7800 - just not 7660?
Am I doomed for ever to not be able to use my very good HP Printer?

Hi:
See this forum discussion and the reply marked as solved where the person gives directions for how to get the printer to work on W7.
And other replies on this post say to select the 7760 printer and that will work too.

Thank you for the answer and link
I have been on that page already few times.
Didn't help
for example when I press the "driver...." - "installing...." link i get to a 404 page (http://support.hp.com/us-en/error?errorType=404)
No help through all those pages..

Sorry, I didn't click on the actual links. I see the problem now.
I checked the Windows update site and I can't find the drivers there either.
See if this link is of help to you. That would be the only suggestion I can offer.
