Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

I want to know whether my HP OfficeJet Pro 8610 is compatible with Mac OS 11.x.x 

I want a yes or no answer.

If the relevant drivers are being modified to allow the printer to work with Mac OS 11.x.x, when will they be ready. Again a simple one word answer, please.

You will not believe this! I found the installation disk that came with the printer when I bought it. On it was a tiny file that led me to the HP website and the ability to download HP Smart. I did so and then used it to obtain the relevant drivers and all is now well.

 

However, I had previously downloaded HP Smart about six times and went through the same dance to no avail. 

 

Go figure!
