Microsoft Windows 11

I set up my printer using HP Smart app on my windows computer. At the Connected printing services page at the bottom my options are to "Manage options" or "Accept all" I am not able to click to "accept all" although when I hover over it with mouse and click you can see the butting is being clicked, but the set up will not progress past this screen therefore I cannot finish set up. I have had this printer set up in the past, but I recently got a new router and had to re set it up since it was a new router. I cannot print until setup is finished but it will not finish.

Also, if I exit set up and try to click finish set up it will not load the set-up page that I previously mentioned.
