Product: HP Officejet Pro 8022
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The marges at this moment are 1,69 cm at the tp and bottom in several programms.

I want smaller marges, but when I put this in the system, I get the pop-up that this is not allowed and the system reset it to 1.65
I am busy whit customer support by Whatsapp for 4 days and still they do not understand my question.

 

Can somebody help me?

You have installed the wrong printer driver is something is messed with the driver.

I have the original drivers from 123hp.com.

Today I got also the message that I have to install a new one.

I did this and still the same problem
