Product: HP DeskJet 2621 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I moved from Singapore to India and could not find Cartridge 65 in India for my deskjet printer 2621

I bought the equivalent 803 from HP.com official website and the cartridge is not detected by the printer. Based on the community discussions, need to reset the region code for the printer.  My printer is out of warranty but still I have spent Rs 2500 to get original cartridges. 

 

I see that an employee from HP answers saying they have sent the reset by inbox message. Another post says you would have to be online with the person making the change.
