Product: Officejet 6500A
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Hi there, 

 

I've had my Officejet6500A for years. However, today I kept getting an offline message, even thought it was still showing it was connected to the wireless network. 

 

So I removed the printer from "printers & scanners" in the settings, thinking I could just re-add it and it would work again. 

 

However, I've gone and dowloaded the last driver listed for that printer (even though it says it's only good for 10.12 OS, but I can't get it to show up when I try and add the printer back. Any ideas would be appreciated! Thanks! I'm trying to search for it on the "Default" page (instead of the OP or Windows tabs. Is that correct?
