hp color laserjet cp5225dn
Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

hello

i replaced the formatter on my hp cp5225dn laser printer.

the service manual says to use hexprint.exe or hpnpf to update the serial number and page counts.

where can i find these files?

anybody have an example file that i would need to send to the printer using these apps?

thanks

tim

Typically I have used a PJL file to update the serial number if that option is not supported in the service menus. I will send you some details via private message. I do not want to post on open forum as unwary users can get into big trouble if file formats are not correct. Moderator must enable PM before I can send it to you.
