Why aren´t "Setup cartridgfor" sale in Sweden? Where can I get them for my HP5524-printer?

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Forums.

 

Setup cartridges are meant for first use to setup the printer.  They are not meant fro sale.

 

You can purchase the non setup cartridges, which are for sale.

Thanks for your answer.

I can´t get my printer started  because I have no Setup- cartridges. I have tried ordinary cartridges but it didn´t work.

The printer is new but was delivered without setup-cartridges.

I have tried to get an answer from HP in Sweden but they are not intrested. It is not possible to get this kind of cartridge.
