hello all as writing above i installed my printer 2 month ago on my computer in wireless mode all worked fine today i was wanting to copy a page in my solution center program and he told this msg
i will glad to get help i dont want to try anything before i contact and guided by one of you (tech guys).

Hi Shlomi,
The HP Solution Center software is part of your previous printer's software, it have nothing to do with your new Deskjet Ink Advantage 4675.
You may use the HP Printer Assistant soiftware for your printer, that can be access via the HP Deskjet 4670 icon, see the 'Is Solution Center available for printers manufactured after 2010?' section below:
