Product: HP ENVY 5055 All-in-One Printer

Recently switched to TMobile home internet. I’ve had zero issues with any other devices, except my printer. It won’t connect for whatever reason. I’ve tried lowering the bandwidth to 2.4 on my router with no success. The print out solution says to add the printers MAC address to my routers permitted devices but I have no way of doing that, at least not that I know. Please help

You may need to reset the printer: instructions here

WiFi setup to router: video here

For WiFi direct setup click here. This is convenient if you have no modem.
