I have followed instructions to use my printer.  It CONTINUES to tell me that my printer is OFF LINE.....

My Printer shows on-line???

My Computer shows on-line???

 

What is going on? This is rediculous!  I register my Printer - follow instructions _ and it STILL will not let me PRINT from my Laptop.

 

Any advise would be great!!!!  [Personal Information Removed]
