!Error Username or password is incorrect.  Make sure both user account and password are valid.  Where do I go to correct the issue?

Hi,

What feature would you refer to? scanning to email from the printer front panel or any other scanning method?

 

What account do you use to scan? such would likely occur due to any security settings changes for the account, either its password or any other security changes for the account.
