i cannot see HP scanner short key on my desktop window

Hello Jaiganappa,

 

Since recent times, i see that the scanner icons ( mostly for consumer printers ) are not available. HP SMART APP is used to initiate scan and print function.

 

However, help me with the printer/scanner model # to assist you better.
