Hi, my problem is that the scan function seems to have been updated and no longer provides the resolution I need to provide images to list items on ebay.   It's clear how to vary the dpi and I'm on the highest setting of 1,200 dpi, but ebay rejects the images because it says the pixel width is too low - it requires a minimum of 500 pixels wide.  Up until late August  think it was, the images were fine, visibly larger and clearer.  I'm not aware that I've made any changes to the settings, it looks more like some sort of upgrade has taken place.  The scan function is visually very different now.   Can you help?   Thank you.
