I have a machine that is saving the same fax every five minutes.  Powering off/on only delays.  Disabling/re-enabling Digital Fax makes no difference.

 

If I try to look at the Faxlog, I get "System Error (pgFaxLog)

The JobLog says "Incoming Fax Failed" repeatedly, but not in exact sync with the stored faxes.

The Event Log shows '44.92.10 | Warning | Fax Communication Error" only once at the beginning of the problem.

Firmware Updater says we're up to date.

 

To fix this I ended up factory resetting the printer and reconfigured.  Now it works perfect!

I also tried unplugging the phone line and restarted the Spectrum Phone Modem.  The solution was a factory reset after all else failed.   Thanks.   I wanted to get my story out there because another thread was locked without a solution.

Unplug the phone cable to see if it stops. Could be someone trying to fax you that has a problem not your machine.
