Common problems HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to scan
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.
HP Recommended

I get a vertical line down the entire length of the scan when using the autofeed.  There is no line when manually using the scanner bed.  I have cleaned the part that scans the autofeed documents thoroughly.  There are no specs or flaws.  The line did go away for a day or two (not because of the cleaning...line was still there after cleaning), and has now returned slightly off center this time.  Any solutions?  Sounds like a software/digital transfer issue?

Clean it again, it must be dirt.

I assure you it is not dirt.  I can see clearly through the glass where is scans from the autofeed.  No specs or imperfections.  And the line on the scan does not go edge to edge like it would with dirt.
