We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

When I scan a document using HP Smart, the scan seems to work just fine.  But when I try to save the scan as a .pdf document, the "Save" dialogue box closes without apparently saving and the HP Smart app freezes.  I have run the Diagnose function, but it does not seem to address the problem.  Thanks for any advice.

Does Photocopy works? Have you tried reinstalling the HP SMart App?

 

Also please confirm if the issue is only with PDF files
