Product: Scanjet G4050
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Been using this G4050 for several years and have done thousands of 35mm slides.  Always pretty fast.  New project started but now the slides are taking 30 to 40 seconds each to scan. Updated drivers but no help.  My settings seem OK, unless i'm missing something.  First time doing slides in several months so maybe I'm forgetting something.

Looks like no one, including HP, is offering much help here.

I have a G4050 and scanning slides is beyond slow.  More like a quick scan then HOURS of processing before crashing with an error or simply never finishing.
