HP Envy Photo 7134
Microsoft Windows 11

Hi,

My printer is HP Envy Photo 7134.

I am able to scan using the HP Smart App, however, I cannot seem to scan at all directly from my printer.

When I select print to email the following error appears Server Problem: The printer could not connect to Web Services. The server might be busy or temporarily unavailable. Try again later.

Please note I have checked all setting and web services are set up and showing as switched on.

When I select print to computer the following error appears: Software Required: To scan to computer, visit 123.hp.com/setup to download HP software (full software and drivers)

Please note I have done the above and still facing issues.

I have also ensured the printer is connected to the same/correct network and plugged in directly to the wall outlet. I have of course switched off/on the printer after each step as well.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
