I am getting the same message on my Envy 7855. I've done the unplugging and restarting. Settings are locked on the printer itself but when trying to update the firmware, it says it's already up to date. It has been 2 days and I need to SCAN to my email.

 

Please provide a fix ASAP!

Strange thing.  I had the same message earlier today but Later today it started working fine with out internal processing error message.  Perhaps the server? that send these email from HP was out of whack
