when I scan and share via email how can I change the email address. Current email it defaults to is no longer active.

Let's try these steps to resolve the issue: 

1. On the printer's display click on the Wireless icon.
2. Next, tap the WiFi or Ethernet icon and locate the printer IP address.
   From your computer using a web browser you can enter the IP address and select the Scan tab, then select Outgoing Email Profile within the Scan to Email section.
3. In this window, you should have a Scan tab along with the tab. When you select the tap you should find the option to change the email address.
