Omen 15-ek0003na
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi all,

I have had my Omen 15 (15-ek0003na) for about 2 weeks now without issue.

I'm not sure if this is connected with my issue but yesterday while I was using it I received a blue screen stating that an error had occurred and the system was going to restart. I don't remember much about the error as I was confused as to what was happening. Nevertheless the laptop restarted itself and supposedly was all fine.

While using the laptop I noticed the battery icon as if the charger wasn't plugged in, but it was. I've checked the AC adapter which is not loose, tried it in different sockets. There isn't any damage on the laptop or charger.

I've had a look on the forums and tried uninstalling/reinstalling the battery drivers but this hasn't helped. The light next to the charging port doesn't light up either. The laptop just isn't recognising that the charger is connected! The weird thing is, when plugged in (regardless if it's connected to the laptop or not), the charger brick gets warm but absolutely no charge goes to the laptop. The battery is now on 23% and I'm trying not to use it as I know I won't be able to charge it.

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks
